AIDSA aims to raise a constant “students’ point of view” in the national and international forums. We express Indian dental students’ opinions on educational, professional, and social aspects of dentistry. The prime aim of the organization is to provide an access to different cultures and create a hospitable environment fostering acceptance of the diversity of people, opinions and fostering long-lasting friendships & gaining experience among students across the world Students, who cherish, respect and, love each other despite the diversity, would have been a distant dream without the help of AIDSA.

The principle behind the formation of AIDSA is to establish an efficient workforce, which will create awareness of oral health using digital technology in dentistry that puts the patient at the center through our initiatives in education, research, and development of high standards for dental care in India and fight against oral cancer which is deep-rooted within the Indian community.

OUR MISSION

AIDSA is dedicated to helping and supporting Dental Students in their practice by enhancing and updating their skills and knowledge. AIDSA endeavors to accomplish its mission of optimal oral health for all by:

• Supporting new scientific innovations to meet the changing needs of society and promoting the well-being of the nation.
• Coordinating and assisting scientific and research-related activities among all sectors of the dental community.
• Preventing oral diseases by promoting oral health through awareness and dissemination of information.
• Promoting the timely transfer of knowledge gained from research to improve public health by educating oral health professionals and policy-makers.
• Conducting Continuing Dental Education (CDE) and professional development programs to enhance skills in students which helps in the growth of their careers.

OUR VISION

The AIDSA vision is to improve oral health and quality of life and achieve optimal national oral health. Our main vision is to ensure that Indian students grow in their careers and reach heights. As per the student's needs and interests regarding the exchange programs, the AIDSA is soon collaborating with other renowned associations of the world like the ASDA (American Students Dental Association), EDSA (European Dental Students Association), and ASPDSA (Asia Pacific Dental Students Association)Tanzania Dental Students Association(TDSA).

With the distant vision of our National President Dr. MD Manzur Ahmed. We aim to strengthen further our fight against oral cancer, open channels of exchange at the student level, and increase our efforts to enhance the standard of the dental profession and education. We invite every Dental Student across India to join the association and participate in the activities of the organization.

OUR GOAL

• Safeguarding the interest of Dental Surgeons. To work for the welfare of Dental Surgeons and Patients.
• To prevent the ragging and irregularities in dental colleges of India.
• To prevent the commercialization of education so that every class of society has access to proper education.
• To encourage public health and to organize lectures, seminars, National conferences, and meetings to promote the art and science of dentistry.
• To Work for the integrated development of Dental Surgeons so that they can develop themselves socially, economically, and professionally.
• Organize various activities with the help of the Government and other Non-governmental organizations which would be beneficial for Dental Surgeons.

All India Dental Surgeons Association

All India Dental Surgeons Association Of India was established in the year 2021 to unite Dental Surgeons. Since its inception, more than 10,000 Dental Surgeons associated with the organization. The main Idea behind the formation of the association is to establish efficient manpower that can create awareness of dental health and fight against oral cancer in the Indian community, and also fight for our rights which have got themselves keep-a deep-rooted action. Apart from creating awareness in the society of the Indian population, it was also created to unite Dental Surgeons to share their knowledge and lay helping hands to each other and grow in their carrier.
